We need a reliable TV Production Assistant for immediate hiring in the New York bureau of a major News Channel. Knowledge of editing using Avid software is a huge plus. Good command of English and fast typing speed (faster than 80 words/minute) are essential. Good production skills and loving the hard International news environment are also a must. Due to the nature of hard news, the candidate must be ready to work flexible hours and under deadline pressure.
