Job Requirements or Qualifications	We are looking for Editors who are Web savvy, fast and understand how to manage reporters and that can individually develop [raise traffic] and connect with an audience.   The editors should be able to manage multiple websites and have ideas to expand or build the group with further websites. At least 2-3 years of senior reporter / editor experience required Able to write / edit multiple stories throughout the day under tight deadlines Speed and accuracy a must Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects A proven ability to break / edit important news Good interpersonal and management skills and be able to work well with a variety of teams Openness to dynamic schedules Must feel comfortable in a start-up and fast paced environment We require editors who bring passion and zeal to not only succeed, but to define journalism into the digital era.
