Networld Media Group, a publisher of business news and information, needs a highly organized, editorially savvy content project manager to produce its case studies and white papers.

The work entails receiving orders for the projects from Networld clients, organizing kick-off calls, and walking the evolving drafts through various stages of reviews, proofs and design galleys, all the way through launch. At any one time, more than 110 projects are on the books, some in active development, some scheduled to begin production several months from now.

The papers range from two to 20 pages and are directed to several foodservice and technology industries. You will work with writers, designers and other talent to produce and publish them.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Write and edit exceptionally well
• Work smoothly with demanding clients and their Networld account execs
• Build and maintain relationships with creative talent from various disciplines, such as writing, proofing and designing
• Manage many projects simultaneously with a commitment to timeliness and excellence
• Work under pressure and do whatever it takes to finish the job properly and on time
• Perform simple tasks in InDesign
• Be flexible and work with good cheer.

Candidate must live in or be willing to move to the Louisville, Ky., market.
