Passion for copy editing?

The Journal Gazette, the newspaper of record for northeast Indiana, is seeking a copy editor/slot editor to join our 12-member universal copy desk. We’re looking for someone with a keen editing eye and the ability to craft winning headlines. Also, someone equally comfortable discussing current events in news, business, sports and lifestyles/pop culture. Some editing experience preferred. Hours are generally 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., including weekends. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
