The Pulitzer-Prize winning Point Reyes Light newspaper in Marin, Ca is looking for photojournalism interns. We seek photojournalists who are inspired by James Nachtwey and Sebastiao Salgado, Cartier-Bresson and Eugene Richards. Photojournalism interns will be responsible for several assignments per week. But we also expect our photojournalism interns to produce at least one long-term photo essay. We give a great deal of space to our photography, and try to present it as fine art. We are looking for photographers who will lay down in the mud, or climb a tree for a good shot, those who will get up at dawn to shoot agricultural workers, and have an eye for depth of field and composition. Please email a link to your website or a portfolio of jpegs.
