OK! magazine is currently looking for editorial interns in the LA bureau. In addition to office duties such as filing, answering phones, transcribing tapes, researching, and assisting reporters, editors, and management, interns will also have the opportunity to cover star-studded events, interview celebrities, contribute to news stories, pitch ideas to editors, and write for okmagazine.com. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in celebrities and pop culture, read the weekly celebrity magazines and blogs on a regular basis, and be able to effectively pitch their ideas to editors and work under deadline. Previous experience at another publication or website is preferable.
