This is a part-time position.

Started by Larry Namer (co-founder of E! Entertainment) and Martin Pompadur (former Chairman of News Corp Europe), METAN Development Group is new media company bringing Western programming to the China market through television, film, live events, digital, and print.

Through one of our partner TV stations, METAN will participate in writing weekly columns and editorials for entertainment publications distributed to 200,000 subscribers weekly.

We are looking for bright, Chinese-speaking journalism students to join our team to help facilitate and launch this very exciting division of our business.

Interns are required:

- To work 2 days per week - Participate in the entire process from pitching ideas to writing articles - Can work remotely but preferred to be local to Southern California - Ad hoc tasks as needed

Experience required:

- Passion for pop-culture and entertainment as pertains to the Chinese audience - Work well within team environments - Work well under pressure deadlines - Strong organizational and written skills
