Sporting News online in Charlotte, N.C., is seeking a fantasy intern. The person we hire would edit player updates and edit and post columns and blog entries for Sporting News`` fantasy website. Some writing and photo editing is required, as well as some interaction with users through blogs and email. Candidates must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about fantasy sports, particularly baseball. It helps if the candidate has had previous experience with an online publishing tool and has worked with Adobe Photoshop. Ideally, the candidate would be working toward a journalism degree or its equivalent. This is a paid position and would require the person to be in our Charlotte offices.
